Service Exchange

Gardner Spares can offer many assemblies on a service exchange basis. This method reduces downtime and ensures that the major components of any Gardner engine can be serviced with genuine, original factory quality overhauled items, equal in all respects to a new part. We can supply service exchange parts and assemblies worldwide.

There are two methods of supply available:

• The old, used part is returned to us first, and we can overhaul that specific part and return, or supply one from our stock. No surcharge is payable using this method.
• We can supply an assembly from our stock and the old used part is returned to us within 4 weeks of supply. This method is particularly useful in reducing downtime and organising scheduled maintenance. A core surcharge is held by us until safe return of the old unit in serviceable condition.

Due to the individual nature of this service, we cannot currently offer our service exchange items online. However, please send us a list of the parts you require under the service exchange scheme and we will reply with a quotation.
