Delivery Information

The delivery information required when purchasing items from this website is listed below. If you have any further questions about delivery, please call or email us – we would be happy to help.

Packaging:

All parts will be sent in secure packaging, suitable for worldwide delivery. All packages will be shipped with a commercial invoice and/or packing note detailing the contents and quantities in full.

Dispatch Cut Off Time:

The cut off time for same day dispatch is 14:00 hours UK time. This applies Monday to Friday, and all orders received after 14:00 on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. The Dispatch Department will be closed at weekends and on UK bank holidays and all orders received on these days will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipments to the UK and Northern Ireland:

2KG or Less:  All shipments with a combined weight of 2KG or less will have the option of being shipped with Royal Mail. Parts will be sent first class, but are only guaranteed within 3 days from date of order. Limited or no tracking is available with this option and no claims can be made for no or late delivery.

All Royal Mail shipments are equally priced regardless of location within the UK or Northern Ireland.

Any Weight: All shipments, regardless of weight, will have the option of guaranteed next day express delivery with a courier. For the UK, our courier is DHL, and all shipments will be fully tracked. If an email address is given, delivery alerts will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Some areas will be affected by Out Of Area surcharges. This will be seen during the purchase process. If you are unwilling to pay the out of area surcharge (GBP£16.00 extra), please contact us and we will be happy to look into alternative methods of shipment.

Shipments to Europe:

2KG or Less: All shipments with a combined weight of 2KG or less will have the option of being shipped with DHL Global Mail. This service usually takes between 3-5 days, but is not guaranteed. Limited tracking is available with this option.

Any Weight: All shipments, regardless of weight, will have the option of guaranteed express delivery, or economy delivery with a courier. For European countries, our couriers are DHL and FedEx, and all shipments will be fully tracked. If an email address is given, delivery alerts will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Shipments to USA and Canada:

2KG or Less: All shipments with a combined weight of 2KG or less will have the option of being shipped with DHL Global Mail. This service usually takes between 10 – 12 days, but is not guaranteed. Limited tracking is available with this option.

Any Weight: All shipments, regardless of weight, will have the option of guaranteed express delivery with a courier. For USA and Canada, our couriers are DHL and FedEx, and all shipments will be fully tracked. If an email address is given, delivery alerts will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Shipping times to the USA are 1-2 days and Canada is 2-3 days.

Shipments to Australia and New Zealand:

2KG or Less: All shipments with a combined weight of 2KG or less will have the option of being shipped with DHL Global Mail. This service usually takes between 10 – 12 days, but is not guaranteed. Limited tracking is available with this option.

Any Weight: All shipments, regardless of weight, will have the option of guaranteed express delivery with a courier. For Australia and New Zealand, our couriers are DHL and FedEx, and all shipments will be fully tracked. If an email address is given, delivery alerts will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Shipping times to Australia and New Zealand with a courier are approximately 4 – 5 days.

Shipments to Rest of World:

2KG or Less: All shipments with a combined weight of 2KG or less will have the option of being shipped with DHL Global Mail. This service usually takes between 10 – 12 days, but is not guaranteed. Limited tracking is available with this option.

Any Weight: All shipments, regardless of weight, will have the option of guaranteed express delivery with a courier. For Rest of World, our couriers are DHL and FedEx, and all shipments will be fully tracked. If an email address is given, delivery alerts will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Shipping times to Rest of World locations are up to 6 days. Please email or call with full delivery address details if you require more specific information on delivery times. We will be happy to help.

Customs and Import Duties:

Shipments being sent outside of the Europe may be subject to import and/or customs duties and/or fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any demands for duties or fees prior to the shipment being released from customs. All shipments will be sent with full commercial invoices and the contact details given during the purchase process will be used by customs if necessary.
